Our programs celebrate young people and the live experience. Through education and the medium of live performance we encourage young audiences to develop an appreciation for theater while exploring its vast ability to connect communities, disciplines and art forms.

Kids Night on Broadway

Kids Night on Broadway 2008: BLAST!

Kids Night on Broadway (KNOB) is a national initiative sponsored by the League of American Theaters and Producers and is in partnership with the Fabulous Fox Theatre. On this special day we offer adults the opportunity to purchase a ticket and receive a child's admission free to a wonderful performance at The Fabulous Fox Theatre. Area restaurants show their support by offering free child's entrees with the purchase of an adult entree. The performance is kicked off by a huge KIDS party in the Fox Theater lobby prior to the show.

KIDS NIGHT ON BROADWAY is truly one of the most magnificent annual celebrations of theater and young audiences in St. Louis.

Past Projects

Lion King Literacy Project

Fox Associates Charitable Foundation granted tickets to the award winning Disney production of THE LION KING. The recipients were educational programs across the Saint Louis region. An extensive activity guide was distributed t0 educators to use with their students to enhance the educational impact of the LION KING. Participants received a Broadway cast recording of THE LION KING, show lyrics and a study of African animals from the St. Louis Zoo.

The program explored an interdisciplinary approach to further the appreciation of the live event while using the production as a catalyst to spur additional research.
